Monthly Remittance and Annual Reporting by Telcos
The Commission established a schedule for all Local Exchange Carriers to file tracking reports so that TRS surcharge revenue collection data may be effectively monitored and evaluated.
Must be submitted to the Commission by March 31, 2019. All LECs should file a hard copy of the report with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, at 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. Any questions regarding the reports may be directed to the Bureau of Audits at (717) 783-5000.
Annual Access Line Summary Reports
Must be submitted to the Commission by March 31 of each year. All LECs should file a hard copy of the report with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission at: 400 North Street, Harrisburg PA 17120. An electronic copy of the report should be emailed to RA-PC-TRS-ACC-LINES@pa.gov. Any questions regarding the reports may be directed to Spencer Nahg at (717) 787-5164 or snahf@pa.gov.
TRS Surcharge Remittance Form - Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
All local service providers are required to collect and remit the TRS surcharge revenue monthly to:
