Consumer Contact Information

Providing CLEC Service in Pennsylvania

This is a comprehensive list of all companies who have been certified or granted provisional authority to provide telecommunication services as a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) to the public in the Commonwealth. Interested consumers may contact these CLECs by using the address and telephone information provided. Information on contacting CLECs can also be obtained in the Customer Guide section of each Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier's (ILEC) telephone book.

The list provides the name of the company, its address and the docket number assigned to the company's application. The date filed (F) designates when an application was filed with the Commission and the date of approval (A) designates when the Commission approved the application. The tariff date (T) signifies when the Commission has approved the CLEC's initial tariff. The "Service Territory/Customer Mix" column provides information in which ILEC's service territory a CLEC has been certified to serve and the customer class it chooses to serve.

Please Note:
The following list of certificated and provisional CLECs have authority to offer service in designated areas in the Commonwealth. This does not necessarily mean the companies are currently offering service.

Every attempt is made to keep the following list current; however, please be advised that the information can change on a day-to-day basis. This list will be updated as the information becomes available. Any changes to this list can be reported to 717-783-5242.
