NOTICE: Streaming video is best viewed in Internet Explorer 10 & 11, Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
For Internet Explorer, including IE 9, 10 and 11, compatibility mode must be removed.
Removing IE9 Compatibility Mode:
- Press the F12 key to bring up a toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate “Browser Mode: IE9 Compat View.”
- From the dropdown menu, select “Internet Explorer 9.”
- The LiveStream player should display properly.
- Push F12 again to close the bottom toolbar.
Removing IE11 Compatibility Mode:
Press ALT to bring up Tools in top menu and choose Compatibility View Settings.
- Uncheck the box that says "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View"
- If .pa.gov is listed in "Websites you've added to Compatibility View," select it and click Remove.
